In social studies, students will begin to study history of Latin America. They will learn how European explorers discovered the lands across the Atlantic. Students will learn about conquistadors and how the people native to the North and South American continents were impacted.
The field trip is Thursday.
In science, students will learn about three types of energy transfer: conduction, convection, and radiation. They will complete a digital lesson and view a brain pop.
