THE AREA & TOOLS OF HEALING - WORK ON ONESELF:
WE LIVE IN ACTIVE INTERNAL CONTACT WITH THE PRIME CREATOR OF ALL AND EVERYBODY AND WITH THE HEAVENLY FRIENDS - ANGELS OF THE FORCES OF LIGHT, AND WE EMPLOY ALWAYS NEW POSITIVE ATTITUDES - STEPS.
POSITIVE ENERGIES = harmonious and high-vibratory energies
MUSIC: listening (soft, harmonious, meditation and other apt music, songs about Jesus etc.), and active creation + listening. NATURE: everyday perception of and contact with nature as a whole, land, plants, animals. Active motion and sport

in nature in whatever season (hiking, biking, swimming etc., but not dramatic load). MEDITATIONS: time for going INWARD - we send LOVE, THE MOST BEAUTIFUL ENERGY WE HAVE IN OUR WITHIN, TO PLANET EARTH AND OTHER BEINGS (Prime Creator, Space people of the Forces of Light, Earth people etc.) SPIRITUAL KNOWLEDGE: theoretical knowledge - see e.g. www.angels-light.org, practical experiences - life itself. WAY OF LIVING: regular daily rhythm + sleep, care of the physical body (exercise, active relax, light sports, varied meatless food, body is not in noise and unhealthy environment big (coarse-vibratory) smelly cities, excessive riding/driving a car - bad vibrations ...), care of the soul and Spirit - meaning of life - love, positivity.
RELATIONSHIPS: it is recommended that one CHANGES or BREAKS RELATIONSHIPS with NEGATIVE PEOPLE
- building new - positive relationships with positive people, nonclinging to other people, see BEHAVIOR BAROMETER - development of loving relationships with an opposite-gender partner, incl. proper sexuality
- active (powerful) positive acting on one's surroundings (for those capable of it)
CONTROLLING ONE'S OWN THOUGHTS: to develop positive thoughts up above 90%, to suppress negative thoughts down below 10%
HELP TO FELLOWS = MISSION: under the guidance of the Prime Creator and within one's possibilities
POSITIVE LIFE - affecting surroundings, some have one of the fields - HEALING, MEDITATION, TELEINFORMATION. RAISING KIDS: according to the principles of love and wisdom, the kid is lent to us by the Creator (we don't own him/her); we are responsible for his/her upbringing.
MEDICINE AND HEALING: advanced people almost don't need it, for one's own POSITIVE THOUGHTS ARE HEALING. MATERIAL PROVISION: we use material means commensurable to our life, we get rid of excess things (e.g., by giving them to people in need). Every product or service is formed of planet Earth's energies (incl. raw materials) and energies of people who produced it. By using excessive property, we rob planet Earth of these energies and our fellows of their work (the exchange of energies no more takes place here).
LIFE - POSITIVE, LOVING, HARMONIOUS, FRUITFUL, BENEFICIAL, RICH, FLEXIBLE LIFE. We rob no one of his/her energies - we don't need any one to serve us, we don't have excessive demands, we don't intrude ourselves. We give our fellows what they need. If we see problems in the society, we solve them according to our abilities and options.
