Le condizioni qui sono in realtà condizioni di osservanza delle Leggi Cosmiche del PRIMO CREATORE DI TUTTO E DI TUTTI e grazie a loro, aumenterai e stabilizzerai il tuo livello vibratorio - spirituale. 1. Vivi una vita amorevole, armoniosa, ben ordinata e spiritualmente - sentimentalmente fondata. Ama il tuo Creatore Primo di ogni cosa e di tutti, il tuo Spirito e il tuo corpo fisico, con questo ami il tuo Creatore, perché sei parte di lui/lei. I would like to present you the conditions for contacts with FRIENDS from Cosmos and with our Creator. These conditions are listed in texts of "Talks with teachings" books, and I present them here summarily. Those of you who have too materialistic thinking and have your sentiment inhibited, focus on removal of these barriers.

The conditions here are actually conditions of abidance to the Cosmic Laws of PRIME CREATOR OF EVERYTHING AND EVERYBODY, and thanks to them, you will increase and stabilize your vibratory - spiritual level.

1. Live a loving, harmonious, well-ordered and spiritually - sentimentally founded life. Love your Prime Creator of everything and everybody, your Spirit and physical body by this you love your Creator, for you are part of him/her. Don't drink alcohol excessively, preferably not at all; don't smoke cigarettes excessively, preferably not at all. Forgive yourself and your fellows. 2. Love other human beings, even those who harm you, for they do only what they can.
2. Love all other Creations, the "living" and "non-living" ones, i.e. nature, plants, animals, and the planet Earth who is a higher being than us.
3. Reduce eating of meat to minimum, best no meat at all.
4. Eliminate - destroy any negative literature, i.e. books and magazines about wars, eroticism and negative extraterrestrials (UFO - abductions, crashes of ships, etc.) irradiators of coarse-vibratory energies.

1. Don't read negative books and magazines, don't watch negative movies. It's recommended to ignore politics since it's full of coarse vibrations.
2. Don't possess excessive property (2 and more houses for yourself, 2 and more cars for yourself, etc.)
3. Help people in need according to your potentialities.
4. Work for people at least in the matter of spreading information about Friends from Cosmos (in a moderate, unobtrusive manner).
5. Don't harm other creations.

At the same time, it is necessary to have the purest thoughts and love in the heart, a pen in the hand and paper prepared. Ich schwimme mit dem Strom meiner Lebenswege. Ich bilde Wellen von mir selbst im Flu§ und an der Quelle. Mein Äu§eres wei§ über mein Inneres. Meine Poren öffnen und schlie§en sich im Einklang mit meinen Emotionen. Meine Sinne täuschen mich nicht, sie verbergen vor mir nicht, was drau§en geschieht. So kann ich mein Leben in Einklang bringen. EINHEIT Ich bin das Korn, die Wurzel und Erde zugleich. Ich bin die Seele, der Verstand und Körper zugleich. Ich bin der eigene Atem. Ich bin meine eigenen Emotionen und der Verstand zugleich. Ich bin meine eigene Erde und der Himmel zugleich. Ich bin eine vollständige Ganzheit, bis ins kleinste Detail ausgearbeitet. Ich wei§, wie es mir geht, wei§, es gibt nur einen wie mich. BEREITSCHAFT Ich bin bereit mich anzupassen, daher können sich mein Körper und Verstand auch besser anpassen und unvorsehbare Situationen besser meistern. Ich wei§, ich habe stets die freie WAHL mich an eine Situation anzupassen oder mich aus ihr zu lösen. Andererseits lehrt mich das und ich bin mir der Unterschiede zwischen den Menschen mehr bewusst. Das macht mir Mut anders zu sein und trotzdem dazu zu gehören. Ich bin ein unentbehrlicher Teil des sich ewig verändernden Modells.

SELBSTSICHERHEIT

Ich trotze dem Leben mit Stolz und Haltung. Ich habe meine eigenen Gedanken, Ideen und wei§, dass man auf mich zählt und deshalb teile ich mich darüber, was ich im Herzen und in der Seele trage, ohne Angst mit. Ich wei§, ich traue mich zu riskieren, das Risiko zu tragen, dass ich ein unabhängiges menschliches Wesen bin. Ich habe die Macht, eigene Ideen zu realisieren, ohne dabei Andere zu verletzen. Die verdiente Anerkennung nehme ich an. Dankbar nehme ich die für meine Verwirklichung benötigte Hilfe von den Anderen an.

INTERESSE Es scheint, dass ich immer rechtzeitig dort bin, wo etwas los ist. Das ermöglicht mir stets, etwas Wertvolles beizutragen. Ich wei§, dass dies geschätzt wird. Es ist faszinierend zu wissen, irgendwo hinzugehören. Sogar in den kompliziertesten Situationen kann ich etwas Neues lernen und für meine eigene Entwicklung verwenden. Ich wei§, wann man mich braucht und wann nicht. Ich entfalte ein Feingefühl für meine eigene und für fremde Belange. Mit diesem bin ich ständig verbunden.

GLEICHHEIT Das Leben passt perfekt zu mir. Mein Körper bewegt sich im Einklang mit den Gedanken. Der Körper und die Seele sind gleichwertig. Ich kann mir vollständig vertrauen, da mich meine Gefühle nicht täuschen. Ich muss nichts verbergen und vortäuschen. Ich bin, wer ich bin ich bin gleich.

WAHL Ich habe die Wahl. In jeder Lebenssituation kann ich mich frei entscheiden, ohne dass mich etwas beherrscht. Ich bin ein freier Mensch und fühle das in allem, was mir zur Verfügung steht und was mir dank des geliebten Schöpfers ermöglicht wird. Ich zwinge den anderen Menschen nichts auf und lasse ihnen ebenso ihre freie Wahl."
