Food Diary
1. The first copy was given in class. If you missed the first copy come see me.
2. The assignment begins February 4, 2018 - March 26, 2018.  Turn in the last week's food diary on the first class back from the weekend.
3. Every week a new food diary sheet will be completed. (PDF file located in the MYHomework App.)
4. A. In your food diary you are to write the following totals: Calories, Sugars, Carbohydrates, Fats, Protein, Cholesterol, and Water (ounces or cups).
B. Write all food that is eaten by meal time.
5. The two links to find the information on Calories, Sugars, Carbohydrates, Fats, Protein, and Cholesterol from your food choices will be located in the resources.
