You need to identify two features of the riots. I would suggest the causes of the riots and the level of violence of the riots.

For each feature, start by writing ‘One key feature of the Watts riots was …’. 

You then give some details and try and give a consequence of that feature.

This only needs to be brief. Perhaps 3 sentences pre feature.
