Additional Info

I've looked at and commented on your annotations from chapters 5 and 6 of The Water is Wide.  You will now evaluate your work from chapter 7 on your own.

1)Just simply read back over your annotations from chapter 7.

2) Clearly label what you consider to be your two strongest and two weakest pieces of annotation.

3) For your two strongest, write explanations of why you believe them to be your strongest...and believe it or not, use your own text for support.  Comment on the specific thing(s) you did well.  Take into consideration elements like using text for support, connecting smaller ideas to larger themes, using rhetorical strategies of your own, etc.

4) Make corrections to the two entries you consider to be your weakest.  Do this by either making additions or simply rewriting the entry.  Write a brief explanation of why you made that change/correction.

5) Write down a goal you can set for yourself moving forward as we continue to annotate various pieces of literature and text in various ways.  Be sure to explain why you've chose this as your goal and what you think you can do to achieve this goal.
