Begin reading Tuesdays With Morrie--it's attached below. Read to the top of page seven in the PDF--it's the end of the chapter entitled "The Student." When you're finished reading answer these questions to the best of your ability:

If you were a teacher, and you had been diagnosed with a disease, how would you handle it? Would you stop teaching? Would keep teaching but try to keep the disease a secret? Or would you do what Morrie did--teach and tell? Explain.

The death of Mitch's uncle propels him to live his life differently. What's something from your past that made you change the way you thought or acted (for good or bad), even for just a short time? What changes did you make? How long did the changes last?
