During your cover lesson, I would like you to start your two-week Artist Research assignment. You will be given this lesson, and another two weeks of homework to complete this. It will count towards your end of topic grade for Journeys! 

There are examples and a guide in Showbie - read the guide and decide whether you will be completing a digital or physical research in your sketchbook, either is fine! I would highly suggest that you look at the GCSE Sketchbook inspiration, as this is the quality expected at GCSE level.

The due date for the Artist research is in the homework app, you must research your chosen Artist and ANALYSE one of their artworks using the FORMAL ELEMENTS.
