Sorry I cannot be with you. I would like you to practise and review some basic numeracy from Year 7, so everything today is NON-CALCULATOR.

  1. Complete the Key Skills exercise (workings on the OneNote page distributed to your Class Notes; answers on DFM).
  2. If you are happy with all of the methods in the previous exercise, go on to step 3. If you need to review one or more of the methods, then see the content library (Numercy Revision) for a list of Hegarty videos you can use. Choose the appropriate Hegarty lesson and work through it.
  3. Complete the Applied questions exercise (workings on the OneNote page distributed to your Class Notes; answers on DFM). Some of these are a bit more challenging, so will hopefully make you think.
If you have finished all the above, well done! You can independently practise UKMT Intermediate Maths Challenge questions on DFM.
