I am sorry not to be with you today - I will be at Wicked with Year 8 for the afternoon.

For the lesson today, please complete the following:

1. Decide whether you would like to go to the Greek taster lesson with Mr James in Room 16. If you want to go, leave the classroom now and go straight away!

2. For those of you still in Latin, please complete the Tarquin and the Sibylline Books translation. You can find this in OneNote - Enrichment - Translations - Tarquin and the Sibylline Books. Please write out your translation on alternate lines on a piece of paper from your Pukka pad. You should work as independently as possible - if you need to look up any vocab, please grab a blue or green Cambridge Latin textbook from one of the shelving units in the room, and use the dictionary in the back of the book.

3. When you finish the translation, or a few minutes before the end of the lesson, please take a photo of your translation and upload it to that same folder on OneNote.

4. If you finish before the end of the lesson (wow!) please spend any remaining time starting to learn the Stage 20 Vocabulary. Head to OneNote - Vocabulary - Y9 Vocab Booklet and scroll to the Stage 20 page. See if you can fill in the Derivation/Prompt column to help you remember the words!
