Sadly I am away with Y9 in the British Museum today, meaning that you'll have to finish off the Gyges section of the Herodotus set text yourselves. 

I have put my translation and notes for this section (12.1-13.2) on OneNote. As ever, don't just copy these, but try to work out the Greek for yourself before checking with my translation; this helps you learn the text. 

Once you have got translation and analysis notes down, please answer the 8 marker on sections 12.1-12.2 (in the Homeworks sections of OneNote) under timed conditions (15 minutes) and hand this in to the librarian at the end of the lesson. 

Please also hand in any other outstanding work to the librarian too. (Isabeau, we will do the translation test you missed after half term).

If you finish that in time, make a start on your homework which is on the app.
