  • Mr. Moore's college essay (for introductory phrases, analysis techniques, intro and conclusion ideas, and citation variations)
  • symbolism tracking charts (for textual evidence and citation information)
  • Sample paragraphs about relationship between setting and action (for editing help and analysis ideas
  • analysis starter (for key analysis/introductory phrases)

5. Please begin writing your rough drafts. Before you leave today, you must have a completed thesis statement so I know a) what theme you will be working with and b) which characters and/or symbols you will be analyzing.

Remember: We will meet in the library for the next three days (Wed-Fri). 

PLEAS NOTE: Your copies of Lord of the Flies will need to be turned back in to me on Monday.
