Additional Info
Good morning!

Before we begin, please write down the following lterary term and allusion:

Literary Term: Indirect Characterization
In this kind of characterization, an author teaches a reader about a character's personality through his or her appearance, words, thoughts, and actions, as well as the reactions of other characters to the character in question.
Direct: Charlie was depressed.
Indirect: Charlie stayed in bed all day, staring at the wall. Every time his mom knocked on her door, he sighed, unable to gather enough willpower to even answer her.

Allusion: Yom Kippur

Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement, falls on the tenth day of the seventh month in the Jewish calendar. It is the last of ten days of atonement, which begin on Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish new year.

Today, we will have our first two groups presenting. I expect those who are not presenting to follow along, be attentive, and be respectful. Have your books ready, as well as your hero charts.
