Put yourself into Margarita's shoes. You are going to write 2 x diary entries. The first entry is going to be the day before you leave for the favela in Rio to join your husband. Think about how you are feeling to leave family behind but how excited you are and what you are excited by. Be descriptive and include information from last week's lesson. The second entry is going to be the day after you arrive in the favela - do some research on what life in a favela is like and include this. Are you missing family? Is it what you expected? What is your house like? Do you have electricity and running water? What jobs are you looking for?
