Photograph your face and neck in good lighting. It should be in focus and have a clear source of light. This will be the photograph you work from for your exercise next week. Practise some of the following:​

  • studies of individual features​

  • Accuracy of positioning features​

  • Shape and proportion​

  • Tonal detail to show form (Light & Dark)​

  • Look at the examples of do's and dont's on PPP2 slide 12
