1. If you need to use the wet and dry paper to smooth down your wax ring you are very welcome to do some sanding, a;l scratches need to be removed as best as possible this will save you a huge amount of time when they return in metal form. 

2. Please spend 20-30 minutes designing packaging for your ring, there are some lovely packaging books which I will leave on the desk for you to take inspiration from, please sketch your ideas in your sketch book, minimum of 6 initial design ideas please, include annotations. You are going to then produce the design on 2D, it has to be made in one piece, you can include tabs to keep the box closed. Spend the remainder of the lesson generating your design on 2D.
