Some reminders on Goodnotes
  • If the link to the flashcards (on OneNote) doesn't work, double tap on the attached file, and use the SHARE button to export them to goodnotes.
  • If the first attempt to import them to GoodNotes doesn't work, try again, the second time often brings up the popup screen.
  • Remember to IMPORT them as a new document.
I will be in UP2 at lunchtime on Friday for anyone with any questions/issues/problems

Some reminders when using the flashcards in GoodNotes;
  1. For the FIRST time using them, put GoodNotes in 'Practice Mode' to go through the StudySet in order, then when you go through them again in Smart Learn mode it will jumble them up.
  2. Make sure you WRITE Answers, it is more effective than simply reading them.
  3. KEEP your work to SHOW ME in the lesson

Do what you can in 20mins and STOP
Some Do's and Don'ts to help you work efficiently;

DO...
  • DO Keep your answers short - just write enough to show you know the key parts to the answer.
  • DO CORRECT MISTAKES when you flip the card to reveal the answers. This will help your brain process and retain the correct information.
  • DO CORRECTIONS IN A SECOND COLOUR PEN .
  • DO write your answers to each card in subtitled sections either on Pukka Pad paper, or using 'scratch paper' feature... This will help you keep your work numbered and organised.
DO NOT....
  • DO NOT write out the question - it is a waste of time
  • DO NOT erase any incorrect work, cross it out and correct it in a second colour - doing this helps your brain process and correct your mistakes.
Remember, your revision is your own work, it won't be marked, I just want to see what you can, how you lay it out is up to you.
