PLEASE READ ALL OF THE BELOW SO YOU KNOW WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU TO EVIDENCE YOUR REVISION

I have some good news.... Because I am on DoE on Monday, the other class are having another revision lesson, so I thought it only seems fair to give you one too... it also seems more productive to give you Tuesdays lesson to revise (you can thank me later) and do the test on the last lesson of Half Term (rather than try and do the test on Tuesday and start the new topic with one lesson to go before we go off for a two week break!).

To confirm, on the checklist on "10.7 - Flashcards + CHECKLIST" on your OneNotes, points 7.20 to 7.23 WILL NOT be assessed on your test next week.

You have FOUR OPTIONS to revise
All available on the content library IN THE REVISION SECTION FOR UNIT 7;
  1. Continue using the flashcard packs attached to "10.7 - Flashcards + CHECKLIST" , you should now be using them on "Smart Learn" mode rather than "Practice"
  2. Complete the practice Exam Qs; 10 - Revision Qs - RADIOACTIVITY - Answers to the right hand side on OneNote page
  3. Use the premade mind-map "0 - Topic Review - Radioactivity" (notice the sections crossed out that are not on your specification anymore) to complete "3 - Activity Pages - Radioactivity" (don't do sections in red, and answers in content library)
  4. Multiple Choice Questions "2 - Radioactivity MCQs" (answers on content library - remember, do Qs in bank A, then try the same Questions on Bank B for the questions you got wrong in Bank A  AFTER you have read the feedback)
You have plenty to keep you going, and you will be allowed Tuesdays lesson to carry on with these tasks.
When I ask you to show me the revision at the start of the test lesson, so I can see what you have done I expect to SEE...
  • You Scratch Paper on Goodnotes with repeated evidence of completing Flashcard packs
  • AND / OR  Completed AND use of the mark scheme to add corrections in a different colour
  • AND / OR Completed Activity Pages, with corrections in a different colour
  • AND / OR Completed multiple choice Questions, with evidence of working out for calculation based questions, and evidence of follow up Qs in bank B completed.
Showing me your 'copied out notes' will not be sufficient unless it accompanies at least one of the completed tasks above as well.
