I have now put the version of the Efficiency worksheet with part (a) modelled for each question on your OneNotes.

For the Harder Questions, you will need to have a go at using the Equations to work out Gravitational and Elastic Potential energy (that you had a go at this lesson - but bare in mind we will do whole lessons on Elastic potential and Gravitational Potential, so don't worry too much). Just look at the bits I have highlighted, and remember to be careful with units (mass must be in kg, extension in metres, etc.), and that will give you a value for Total Energy IN, or Useful Energy OUT (depending on the context of the question - you will have to figure that bit out), which you can then use in the equation to calculate efficiency. Those are multi-step calculation questions that would normally be worth more than your basic "2 mark - sub in the values into a single equation" type question, so give them a go
For the easier questions; Make sure you show FULL working out like I have done.
