Sorry I can't be in today's lesson.

Please start the lesson with 10 minutes of silent reading, as usual.

Then, please finish 'Noughts and Crosses' (pp.77–117).

After that, you can work through the slides ('03.07.24 cover'). There are 3 tasks overall:

- what do you think the ending means and why?

- drawing an image how Act 2, Scene 25 would look on stage

- writing a monologue for a character that would be given at the end of the play (and performing this to a partner)

- writing the opening of a newspaper article detailing the events of Act 1, Scene 3

All work should be completed on/next to the slides.
