Sorry I cannot be with you this morning. Please complete the following work. 

1. Spend the first 5 minutes testing you neighbour on your world religions table (symbol, holy book, place of worship etc.)

2. Read through the slide show (on Showbie) about what life was like at the time of Jesus. Think carefully about what life would have been like under Roman rule. Imagine that you were alive at that time and write a short postcard to someone about what life was like. 

3. Read the other slides carefully and then look at the table on the last page. Choose one of the Jewish groups and spend some time researching them on the internet using your ipad. Find out as much as you can about your chosen group.
