Print out the last page, sign the student line yourself, make a parent/guardian at home sign the parent/guardian line, and then bring the paper to chorus class to turn in to me!  This is due no later than Friday, September 20th, but you can bring it in earlier than that as well. Please turn in this assignment once you have handed me your paper (and not before that, please!)
