Make sure you explicitly refer to a topic in your answer. When evaluating, it will make life a lot easier to evaluate the impact/implications of gender bias in terms of the topic you have used. E.g. why is beta bias such an issue in Ash and Milgram or Fight or Flight research. What can be done to mitigate this etc.
