  • Make sure you eat a hearty, healthy breakfast
  • Get a good night's sleep
  • Wear comfy clothes
  • Bring a water bottle and snack
  • Bring in things for after MCAS (mazes, coloring, books)
  • Don't worry, you will do great, just try your best!! :)
