AP Chem F - Review Work; Chromatography Lab

2019-2020

AP Chemistry (F)

Date Due

April 27, 2020

Additional Info
  • Do the third installment on 2.5-2.7 of the College Board Videos.  This one is posted in OneNote Homework for Chapter 10-11. It's also on bonding-related topics such as formal charge, the energy "well," VSEPR, Lewis dot diagrams, resonance--some things we haven't done for a long time. I consider it to be excellent, like the others I've assigned.
  • Make sure you are up to 80 Qs in Albert io. by Sunday night.
  • Work on your chromatography at-home lab (due Wednesday). You should not PURCHASE anything; just use things you already have at home.  It should be a fun activity for you! Let me know how it works--and remember that even ones that "don't work" are real science -- and you can probably use them as one of your 4 "trials."  There is probably good chemical REASON they don't work.  Sometimes, those are the most interesting!
  • With remaining time, of course, you need to be reviewing the year on your own.  I will post more college board videos and templates in OneNote "Exam Review" area.  There are 21 in all, and we have done 3. If these are helping you a lot, then keep going with them as a way to review the whole year!
  • You should also being going to the "green button" area of the College Board website and whenever you have a spare 25-30 minutes (ha ha), pick out a free response question (FRQ), write out your answer, upload it, and check the grading rubric to see how you did. Remember that PRECISON OF LANGUAGE is my mantra for you for your upcoming exam!
