  • Our "off" days may be a perfect time to do a half-hour of "review" of old topics -- by using Albert i.o. or by using an AP Chem prep book!  You need to be GRADUALLY revisiting the old topics, in order to force yourself to recall and RETAIN the information, so that you can RETRIEVE it the next time you need it!  Make sure you are TESTING yourself by actually taking tests or answering questions rather than simply re-reading.  That is NOT as effective a way to learn as taking a practice test or doing Albert io Qs.
  • Also - our "off" days are a perfect time to come and see me for extra help. As you are starting your review, you are likely to have questions that come up--regarding things you never learned securely at the time we did them.  Please keep a running list of Qs you'd like to review individually or in small groups, and come on down!
