  • Do Exercise 6-3 in OneNote homework (it is also in the packet posted in the content library.) Be sure to show at LEAST the structural skeleton (with pegs for H atom positions) for the reactions involving addition, substitution, or esterification. The POSITION of the reaction site matters, so you need to show the structures rather than simply trying to show molecular formulas.
  • You should now have completed exercises 6-1,6-2, and the functional group worksheets on OneNote. The answer key to 6-1, and 6-2 is posted in the content library.
  • We will be continuing/finishing up with practice on organic structures, naming, isomers, and reactions in class.
