  • Do the organic worksheet - 2 pages, 2-sided - posted in the CONTENT LIBRARY of OneNote. You will need to copy it into the homework section of your own One-Note folder for Organic Chemistry, Chapter 22.
  • Before completing the worksheet, you will need to REVIEW the functional groups by studying the packet you were given and/or Chapter 22. "Aromatic" means anything with a benzene ring. For any of them that you can, try to NAME them as well as identify the type of functional group.
  • For the Ice cream lab, BRING WINTER GLOVES!
  • Aside from nuts (NO NUTS please!), bring in any toppings you want -- such as chocolate sauce, cut-up fruit, chocolate chips, sprinkles, etc
