I’m sorry that we missed our lesson on Monday, but I was going to tell you that there will be a grammar test in September at the start of Year 11 in our second lesson back. This is to ensure that you all have a solid foundation of the grammar studied so far, before launching into the new topics.

To revise ahead of the test, it is advised that you consolidate the following tenses:

- present (pp.7-11)

- present continuous (p.31)

- preterite (pp.24-25)

- imperfect (p.30)

- perfect (p.34)

- near future (p.23)

- simple future (p.33)

- conditional (p.38)

- present subjunctive (p.39)

The page numbers in brackets refer to the Grammar, Vocabulary and Translation Workbook which you received at the beginning of the year. You can find the workbook answers up on OneNote in the content library.
