For homework this week, please spend 20 minutes planning/preparing for a 32 mark essay. In the lesson on Thursday you will be given the following title and will write approximately 150 words answering the two bullet points. If you are aiming for the top grades, you need to include at least 3 tenses, connectives and subordinate clauses, a variety of language and justified opinions.

The title is: Los deportes

• Cuáles son los beneficios del deporte?
• Qué deporte(s) harás este fin de semana / en el futuro?

Then, please spend the next 20 minutes of homework time learning your oral answers, as you will be having short 1.5 minute orals whilst writing the essay.

During Thursday's lesson (22nd) you will have 30 minutes to write the essay (no notes), then 10 minutes with notes to check. Meanwhile, you will be completing 1.5 minute orals with me on questions from Unit 3.

Please also bring in your Grammar, Vocabulary and Translation book which you were given at the start of the year, this is if you finish early, you can work through the book.
