I'm very sorry but I won’t be in school today, therefore you will be having a cover lesson. Please could you work through the following in today’s lesson:

1) Starter Activity (OneNote > Unit 2 > 2.1F Como prefieres mantenerte en contacto > Starter Activity) - please translate the 6 sentences using the perfect tense which we looked at together last lesson.

2) Complete the perfect tense worksheet (OneNote > Unit 2 > 2.1F Como prefieres mantenerte en contacto > Perfect Tense Worksheet) Please do the first 2 pages.

3) With your partner please do some speaking practise on the perfect tense. On the same OneNote folder you will see another worksheet below labelled “perfect tense game”. Ask your partner “Qué has hecho hoy?” (What have you done today?) and your partner must answer with the relevant information according to the square they are on. Please write out your answers with the correct form of the perfect tense and the person doing the action next to each square.

4) On the Notes page of the OneNote folder, please read the slide with sentence builders on titled “Qué has hecho en linea hoy?”. Then read the slides on “Estrategia” below which explain how to improve your answers when speaking by offering extra information.

5) Look at the next slide “conversamos” with 7 oral questions related to the topic of technology. In partners, come up with oral answers to the questions, using the tips you’ve just read about extending your answers.

6) If time allows/extension work: please make a start on the writing exercise on the next slide. You are asked to write an email to a Spanish friend including the bullet points listed below. Make sure to include some of the key phrases in the box on the right hand side too, in order to achieve a higher level of writing.
