Hallo Team,

Your homework for this week is revision for our Unit 2 Assessment. We will be completing the test during Tuesday’s lesson and it will take the first 40 mins of the lesson. There will be a grammar style paper (with some translations, verb conjugations, and short answer questions) and a written paper.

Please revise the following ahead of next Tuesday:

Grammar:

• Conjugating the strong verb "haben"
• Conjugating the verb "sein"
• Using the verb "können" (= can/to be able to)

Vocabulary:

• Pets - knowing the different types of animals (and their gender: der/die/das)
• Adjectives to describe personality (we have seen these in both the pets and family topic)
• Describing your physical appearance (tall, short, fat, thin, hair length and colour, eye colour etc.)
• Connectives and qualifiers
• Birthday and dates
