Students will need the following items on their desks today for the ELA Lesson:

Here is the ELA Lesson for Today:

1. Watch the dialogue BrainPop that is posted on Google Classroom.

2. After watching the BrainPop, take the graded Quiz and attach a screenshot of your graded quiz score.

3. Finish reading the short story, ÒThirteen and a HalfÓ out loud as a table group.

4. After reading the story, complete as much of the Discovering Dialogue worksheet as you can in Notability with the people at your table.

5. We will go over the Rules for Writing Dialogue in class tomorrow. You do not need to submit this worksheet on Google Classroom today.

6. If time, start the worksheet titled Dialgoue that Reveals Character as a table group. This assignment is not homework. We will continue working on Dialogue that Reveals Character worksheet in class tomorrow, Wednesday.

7. Homework: Finish the Word Choice Google Doc and submit your work on Google Classroom.
