Process Logs - Section 1

2024-5

U6D Drama ALF

Date Due

Dec. 17, 2024

Additional Info
  1. Read the structure documents that show you how to present the necessary content for Sections 1 and 2 of your Creative Log
  2. Read and highlight (on Showbie - so that I can see!) the important structural aspects of 2-3 of the exemplar Process Reports - Sections 1 and 2.
  3. Within your group, definitively secure your approach to how you are applying/interpreting your stimulus 'Behind Closed Doors' to your scripted extract.
  4. Watch the 11 minutes of the National Theatre video on Katie Mitchell's naturalistic character preparation methods and read the Max Stafford-Clark 'actioning' pp so that you feel confident in talking about this technique, also.
  5. Draft, in full, Section 1 of your Process Report.
  6. Draft a paragraph that will form part of your Section 2 on your recent Actioning rehearsal work (Max Stafford-Clark) and how this aided your character interpretation and development - you might want to incorporate a screen-shot of your script here.

We have a very limited amount of weeks after the mocks to get all the written work completed so you do need to make this a priority. It should just involve finishing what you have done in class.
