Thoroughly revise the translation for Sections 1-6. Tuesday's lesson will be a literature lesson. We will start with a translation test.

Cover the English. Do you know any of the Latin words?
If not, use the vocabulary boxes at the bottom of each page to match each word of Latin to each word of the translation.
Once you have remembered how it fits together, on a line-by-line basis, cover the English and translate aloud whilst pointing at the individual Latin words.
Focus attention on the individual words that cause problems.
Words highlighted in yellow are frequently repeated and are worth knowing particularly well.
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE MEMORISE THE ENGLISH LIKE A SCRIPT WITHOUT REFERENCE TO THE LATIN - 'that way madness lies'.
