Use your homework time this week to wrap up RP3.

1. Make sure you have made any tweaks to your method to show what you did during the practical.
2. Produce a calibration curve to determine the isotonic concentration - i.e. the concentration of sucrose that would be equal to the concentration inside the potato cells. REMEMBER SLAPUK!
3. Calculate the water potential of the cells using the equation on the practical sheet.
4. Write a conclusion to describe and explain the shape of your graph, as well as evaluating your investigation and results.
