1. If you took a good photo down the microscope of the blood vessel specimen, please add to the 'Collaboration Space' under 'Photos of blood vessels'. If you didn't get a good photo, please feel free to copy an image from here into your own notes.

2. On the page '3b: Effect of exercise on heart rate', complete the exam question at the bottom of the page. It is about long-distance runners and cyclists, and is worth 4 marks.

3. Complete the questions on the page 'HW: Heart Questions', under '8.3 Heart rate'.
