We are currently studying global issues and how Canada responds to various issues. The global issue we are focusing on currently is epidemics. 

Please complete the attached worksheet. On the front side, read about the Zika virus and answer the 3 questions at the bottom of the page. On the backside, choose an epidemic from the 21st century and research the answer the questions. The WHO and the CDC are excellent sources of information on epidemics!

On Monday you will finish our research. On Wednesday, you will create a poster or a brochure detailing all of the information you learned about your chosen epidemic.
