Go to OneNote / Assessment / Preguntas orales and then click on 'Insert' then 'Audio' and add a voice note of you speaking your oral responses. Please do it as a conversation so you read the question as well. If you prefer, you can do this in pairs and have a classmate/family member/friend asking you the questions.
