In the lesson on Friday we will be making guacamole! Please bring in  Tupperware big enough to chop an avocado in and take home any left over guacamole. I will provide avocados, garlic, lime, tortillas and chilli flakes, but if you would like to add any extra ingredients such as tomatoes or onions please bring them ready chopped as we will only be using blunt knives. You are welcome to bring any extra Mexican/Spanish foods to supplement. Please wash your hands before the lesson.
