Fill out the physical fitness table (in one note) of all the fitness components to include the test, brief method and average result, or your result if you did the test in GCSE PE.
Design 3 circuits to train for the 3 different types of strength. Use the template attached. Be specific to each strength based on a named sport for specificity.
