Hi Sophie,

Please could you complete the following for homework (this does not need to be completed before Wednesday, but before the end of term would be excellent).

1. Watch the Massolit video on the Shield of Aeneas (10 mins) : https://www.massolit.io/courses/virgil-aeneid-sharon-marshall/how-are-we-to-interpret-the-images-on-the-shield-of-aeneas

2. Read the essay on Comparing the shields of Aeneas and Achilles - in OneNote, Resources, Book 8: Compare the shields. Highlight anything of interest.

3. Add to your character profiles using information from Books 7&8. You will need to start new documents for:

- Latinus

- Turnus

- Amata

- Allecto

(It appears that the character profiles from Books 1-6 are not completely filled in - make sure you do actually complete these!)
