Sorry that I cannot be in our lesson today - I am out of school on a trip.

Please complete the following during the lesson today. You should complete these as independently as possible, in a working whisper if you desperately need to ask someone near you a quick question. Please distribute the green textbooks from the back of the room to help you before you start.

(1) Go to Chapter 4 - Language Exercises - Ex G1.1 Genitive Case Consolidation. Complete the three ski-slope exercises. I expect you all to complete both the blue and the red exercises by the end of the lesson.

(2) Complete the black slope on that same sheet and then continue on to the crossword on the second page of the sheet.

(3) If you finish this, navigate to Chapter 4 - Culture and Context - 04 Culture and Context PWP (the big colourful PowerPoint we have used in several lessons this term). Scroll down past the sacrifices/votive offerings slides until you reach a slide with the title 'The Underworld: Read page 111 and fill in the gaps' - this has a pink title and a green text box. Work through this and the slides which follow, using the text book to help you answer the questions. (All info is on pages 106-111).

(4) If you get as far as the Roman Temples slides (wow!) pick a temple and start to do some research to answer the questions.

I will be checking into the OneNote in the afternoon to see how far you all managed to get, and then we will chat all of this through in our lesson on Tuesday!
