I hope you all had a great half term. Unfortunately I have a bad cold so won't be in the lesson Wednesday

So far we have been looking at the UK mainly and what techniques are in place for conservation eg nature reserves and farming. 

We're going to broaden this to take a more global view and the approach indigenous communities take, which often turns 'western' thinking on its head. This often links in with #blacklivesmatter and Black History Month as well as more general ideas of equity.

In the lesson, read the uploaded materials on 'Indigenous Communities 1' and answer the questions at the end.
