For this assignment, you will: Please write in your Writer's Workshop notebook.
  1.  Choose a network station, (ABC, CBS, NBC, MSNBC, FOX, CNN etc.)
  2. Choose a current events "Talk Show" e.g. "Meet the Press". These shows usually air between 9 and 11 am Sunday mornings.
  3. Specify time slot: Eg. 10am - 11 am (CBS etc.)
  4. Specify moderator
  5. List the topics as they are discussed.
  6. Name the guests and their affiliations. Eg. Corey Booker, Democratic Senator.
  7. Answer the following questions.
  • what did you find interesting about the show, guests, topics and views.
  • what were your areas of concern, if any?
  • What did you learn from this show? What information did you consider most important?
  • Would you watch this show again? Why?
  • Were you worried by any of the information given?
  • Give you thoughts on the entire show.
