As we did not have our RE lesson today (Monday) because of the self-defence session, your homework tonight is to spend 20 minutes reflecting on the self-defence session.

Ideas of what you could do in this 20 mins of homework time (choose 1 or more to do - you decide!):

- practice some of the practical tips

- talk to your family about what you learned and what you have taken away from the session

- create a mind map of things you learned and ways to keep yourself safe

- email Mrs Whybro, Mr Burch or me to tell us what you thought about the session - good bits and anything else you would now like to learn that perhaps wasn't covered. Constructive comments only please - remember your email etiquette :)

You can then tick this homework off as completed. Well done.
