Sorry that I am not in school today. Please can you use our lesson to complete the following work together:

1. Read, highlight and annotate 02. William Paley Summary Notes on OneNote.

2. Using those notes (and the blue OCR textbook pgs 66-68 if helpful), please complete the empty boxes in our class pack (01. Teleological pack) that relate to Paley, to show his argument as we did for Aquinas. So write the premises out, leading to his inferred conclusion. Try to show all of the aspects of his argument clearly.

3. Read, highlight and annotate 03. Hume's criticisms of teleological arguments. Use the textbook to help you if needed (pg 74 onwards).

4. Using a different colour pen, try to think how someone may counter-respond to Hume, and write this next to each criticism. 

5. Prioritise the criticisms in order of success - which do you think works the best for Hume to criticise design arguments to which you think can easily be overcome.
