Additional Info
So sorry not to get to see you this week!
I've planned some fun stuff for you to do in the lesson (after the starter):
  1. Starter: Complete the translation '3.1.1c El matrimonio gay' in silence by yourself without looking anything up. It is challenging- it's supposed to be! You have 15 minutes.
  2. Please ensure last week's homework is on OneNote for me to mark. I can't find some of it!
  3. Translate into English from 1.2 Actitudes hacia el matrimonio y el divorcio ex 5 DLp25 Traditional Spanish wedding- Write it out. Remember to check the English reads well!
  4. You are going to work in the collaboration space to gain greater understanding of marriage and divorce in Spain (and a few more stats). In groups, read to understand for gist the article you've been given, highlighting important stats or good phrases we can steal to help oral expression when discussing this topic. It is important you do this on the reading in the collaboration space so you can each see each other's annotations- Group 1 Charlotte and Emily- bodas coronavirus; Group 2 Jess and Arabella- coronavirus matrimonio; Group 3 Ella, Alice, Millie, Adya menos bodas, mas divorcios; Group 4 Faye and Charlotte- el independiente se casan menos.
  5. We are now finished with 2.1. I've left some worksheets in your folders for those who are interested in understanding when to use accents and also a little reminder of when to use the subjunctive when discussing relationships in particular. In addition, to practise the A level skills I have popped some practice tasks, labelled leer actitudes- for later when it comes to revising or if you'd like a refresher on the vocab early in the new year.
