Students will learn that a lever is a simple machine made up of a bar and a fulcrum. When a force is applied to one side of the lever, the load is lifted on the other side.
Students will learn that a ramp is a simple machine. Ramps have slanted surfaces that make it easier to move objects from one place to another.
