Describe a relationship map, either in writing or by drawing it, that shows all the relationships that are necessary for you to have a good life. Begin by asking, What do I need in order to have a life that is good for me? Write down as many answers as you can. Then, for each of the answers, ask yourself, What relationships make possible all the things I need for a good life? Use the relationship map described in the analysis of hunger as a guide.
